Our mission is to be the best in exploring, developing, and producing geothermal resources to produce electric energy and source heat for industry and agriculture facilities. Our vision is to be the premiere company in developing geothermal resources and producing multiple renewable energy sources while providing meaningful jobs plus giving back to its community.

Strategic development process
First, we use existing or new surface and subsurface
geological and geophysical data, and then we identify and confirm the potential economic viability of
geothermal heat sources. Second, we assess the market's energy needs, consider the local communities' environmental
and personal concerns, and review and follow all federal, state, and local requirements and regulations.
Finally, we develop and execute a detailed operating plan to drill and complete the wells needed to
supply the required heat to our proposed energy-generating facilities.
All these processes are
accomplished using our internal expertise and experience, along with external specialized
professionals. This enables ThermalGe Energy,™LLC, to create better-customized solutions for the
environment and the customers and communities we serve.
Our Team
Our leadership and teams use a trans-disciplinary business model to drive the business and
make critical decisions. Our leadership team has years of natural resource experience and knowledge
while applying state-of-the-art technology, systems, and techniques in exploration, development, and
producing geothermal energy resources.
Our stewardship requires its staff to live and work in the
Company's operational area with their primary focus centered on the environment and social
responsibility to protect all natural resources, air, water, and the health and safety of our staff and
community.
Our staffing goals are to prepare, train, and mentor staff members in their current jobs and
